Sylvia Celeste Deaderick, affectionately known as "Sylvie”,  formerly Team Lead of The Dauntless Group  at Keller Williams established Fall of 2007 joined Tillman Realty Group's Commercial Brokerage in January 2022. Pennsylvania licensed Realtor and Property & Casualty Insurance Broker specializing in Pennsylvania income producing real estate property sales, services and management representation with an emphasis in risk management. She has a long history of successfully guiding local, national and international investor clients with residential, multi-family and commercial real estate including off-market assemblage, acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. From building a high-yielding portfolio to flipping,  her passion is creating wealth through real estate. Sylvie is an avid learner that applies her expertise and market knowledge for  higher returns.

In addition to being an active community volunteer  Sylvie is a founding partner of a real estate coaching program for "at-risk" youth from under-served communities in Southwestern PA called Real Estate Trappin ™.
